I hate pessimistic posts. But i have observed , i do things that i hate most more often. There are a lot many examples. Like this post. I don’t like it, yet i am doing, because i m sucked.

Problem in Hostel … ( I am studying in management institute, and the management being so poor. Since last year, it was known that the strength is going to be increased, yet noone in the adminstration gave a damn. And more bitter is that, the hostel we are having on lease, was vacated and now everything is messed. There are hundred reasons to be furious over this whole issue….. Hey, don’t think that i am in probelm. These things don’t affect me yet i have seen people, fighting, arguing and the situation being of chaos. I hardly live in room, but it doesn’t mean that one should abandon his room.

I would like to be precise in my critisim, for if i would write, it would lead my readers to again have a bad outlook of my insti….

1. For the past one year, you(adminstration) have been knowing that more students are going to join the insti, then why you didn’t do any arrangements for them?? Just taking this thing as casually as everything here, be it studies or projects or functions, any damn thing …:(

2. I can’t expect a worst treatment to the parents coming with their wards for IPG first year. Parents treat 12th passed students just as kids, they wish them to be in all comfort, wish there to be someone to look after them. But when they come here, it was all disordered system. Wandering from one place to other with big beddings, buckets, suitcases, what is this Mr. Hostel Warden ?? I remember my registration days, it was so good. My dad was pleased, and i was happy too. But this time, parents will keep on worrying about their children. Don’t expect any of the present students relatives to come here for the next sessions.

3. Students and parents coming from far distances, have not been allotted rooms since night. They have to sleep on wooden beds without mattress in a temporary dorm. The worst was that they were not knowing whom to contact, for all the faculty members (4-5 wateveris there) were busy in meeting in director’s senate. AC was on, centralized AC was on full movement. colddrinks and samosas were going in, with parents asking helplessly to the students where is the hostel warden and studnets too giving the same answer, in meeting for 3-4 hours. A deep shit.

4.Rooms were allotted at random. This chaos is handled in the worst manner that is possible, even worse than of Gurgaon tragedy. No communication with the students.. No list is there, that who is living in which room. They made it tens of times and lost every time, who cares ??? x-( …. Rooms are occupied by each batch generally wing wise. Atleast, a least preference can be given, stating that those who are living already they can live there itself and can shrink among themselves. But no, its an autocracy, wish to show their false power, and that too when even the mess staff knows they are biggest stupids on this earth.

5. You are asking senior batches to vacate the rooms. To live like 4 students in 3 rooms. Two in one and to share one room as study room among each of four studnets. See Mr. Warden, We are living here for the last three years, we have fixed our rooms, have got computers, big big speakers, box, a lot of clothes. All that we can collect in 3 years, and now when we have been in habit, you are asking us to abandon this. Sir, why don’t u arrange two first year guys in single room. They don’t have computers, nor much things. According to you, seniority holds no meaning. You might not be knowing for you don’t know anything worth knowing, but in all top institutes the system is like this.

6. You are appealing students to cooperate, to make sacrifices that we have been making all the while for the institute. Mr. Director, know one thing. We are not here to make sacrifices, we are here to gain something, to improve ourselves, to increase our knowledege, harness our skills, better the personality. And u have not done any of the following things. We have been degraded, after coming here. And you are constantly asking us for sacrifices. Don’t demotvate us to such an extent that we found this life sucking and all the human beings as retarded fellows.

7. You have said that new hostel will be ready by september start. Lets bet. If we let everything calmly, then you will not give a damn that how students are living, and the construction to be hurried up. Why don’t u hire a new place, when you are richest institute. I have read somewhere there are a few persons, who love in taking pains and giving pains. Now i see, you are the live examples.

I am restricting myself to present problem, not touching many things. I don’t wish to write Ramayan on this institue. Just be a little more sensible, you are matured now, sirs.
